摘要
目的:观察针刺合蝎龙定痫胶囊治疗癫痫的临床疗效,探索针药结合在治疗癫痫病方面的优势,为提高临床治愈率提供有效、客观的临床依据。方法:将我院门诊及住院诊治的268例癫痫病患者,采用随机双盲的分组方式,为治疗组和对照组两组。其中,对照组130例予以苯妥英钠,每日100mg/kg,分3次口服。治疗组138例采用针刺,以醒脑开窍、镇痉熄风为主,辅以特效穴和辨证取穴,配合自拟蝎龙定痫胶囊,0.5g/粒,6-8粒/次,2次/日。两组的治疗均以2个月为1疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为67.4%,总有效率94.2%,对照组治愈率31.5%,总有效率73.8%,两组治愈率、总有效率比较X2分别为33.00和19.48,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:对于癫痫病的治疗,采用针药相结合、中医辨病辨证相结合的治疗模式,具有安全性、高效性、科学性、合理性的特点,能够充分发挥传统医学的特色和优势,既体现了整体化治疗,又突出了个体化治疗方案,大大提高了癫痫病的临床治愈率,明显减轻减少了癫痫的发作,使癫痫得到了有效的控制,减轻了患者的痛苦,提高了其生活质量。我院采用的针刺合蝎龙定痫胶囊的治疗,效果显著,也充分证实了这一点,值得临床推广。在今后的临床实践中,进一步尝试与西药的联合应用,以便更好地服务于临床。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Xielong Dingxian Capsule for the treat-ment of epilepsy. Exploring the advantages of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of epilep-sy, and to provide an effective and objective clinical basis for improving the clinical cure rate. Methods： 268cases of epilepsypatients in our hospital were randomly divided into 2groups, the controlled group （130cases） received phenytoin sodium treat-ment, 100mg/kg/day, oral 3times a day. The treatment group （138cases） used acupuncture and Xielong Dingxian Capsuletreatment, 0. 5g granule, 6 - 8granule/time, 2times/day. The course was two months of the 2groups. Curative effect was eval-uated after treatment. Results ： The cure rate of the treatment group was 67.4%, and the total effective rate was 94. 2%, thecontrolled group were 31.5% and 73.8%. The comparative difference on the cure rate and the total effective of the two groupswas statistically significant （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： For the treatment of epilepsy, using therapy model of acupuncture com-bined with TCM, and differentiation of disease combined with syndrome differentiation, is safe, efficient, scientific, reasona-ble, can give full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional medicine, not only embodies the holistic treatment,and highlights a body treatment, greatly improve the clinical cure rates of epilepsy, can significantly reduce seizures, the seizureis controlled effectively, reduce the pain of patients and improve their quality of life. Treatment in our hospital with acupuncturecombined with Xielong Dingxian Capsule has significant effect, also fully confirms this point, it is worthy of clinical promotion. Inthe future clinical practice, further attempts the application combined with western medicine, in order to better serve the clinical.
