摘要
目的:观察消肿止痛膏促进老年混合痔术后愈合的疗效。方法:选取我院2013年4月至2016年4月168例老年混合痔患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受外剥内扎手术治疗,将纳入患者按随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,每组84例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予消肿止痛膏,比较两组症状积分、镇痛与创面愈合情况、炎症因子与内皮生长因子指标。结果:研究组治疗3天后疼痛评分、水肿评分、创面完全上皮化时间分别为(2.45±0.74)分、(1.04±0.72)分、(16.47±4.06)天显著低于对照组的(2.98±0.78)分、(1.51±0.39)分、(19.38±3.75)天(P<0.05)。研究组治疗3d后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素细胞1β(IL-1β)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)分别为(10.58±3.86)mg/L、(23.46±8.49)ng/L、(183.67±32.89)ng/L与对照组的(13.46±3.27)mg/L、(28.55±11.32)ng/L、(165.28±27.35)ng/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消肿止痛膏可以改善局部血液循环,抗菌消炎止痛,缓解老年混合痔患者术后疼痛、水肿等症状,加快康复进程。
Objective ： To study the effect of Swelling and Analgesic Cream on the healing of mixed hemorrhoids in the elder-ly. Methods： A total of 168elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids were enrolled in this study from April 2013to April 2016.All patients underwent surgical treatment with external surgery. The patients were divided into study group and controlled groupaccording to the random number table method. Each group had 84cases. The controlled group was given Mayinglong Musk I-Iem-orrhoids Cream on the basis of routine treatment. The study group was given Swelling and Analgesic Cream on the basis of routinetreatment. The symptom scores, analgesic and wound healing, inflammatory factors and endothelial growth factor were comparedbetween the two groups. Results ： The pain scores, edema score and complete epithelization time of the study group were （2.45±0. 74）, （1.04±0. 72） and （16.47±4.06） d, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the controlled group（2. 98±0. 78） （1.51±0. 39） points, （19. 38±3. 75） d （P〈0. 05）. The levels of C-reactive protein （CRP）, interleukin-lβ（IL-1 β ） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） of the study group were （ 10. 58 ±3.86 ） mg/L, （23.46±8.49） ng/L,（183.67±32. 89） ng/L, and the controlled group were （16. 46±3.27 ） mg/L, （28.55 ± 11.32） ng/L, （ 165.28±27.35 ） ng/L, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Swelling and Analgesic Cream can improve the local bloodcirculation, anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory analgesic, relieve elderly patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery pain, ede-ma and other symptoms, to speed up the rehabilitation process.
