摘要
本文概括了新世纪以来中国国际关系理论发展的一些特点和趋势。文章提供一个观察和展望中国特色国际关系理论从生产、建构到传播、扩展的过程。本文认为,形成有一套独特概念和方法构成的解释自身和世界以及他人和世界关系的理论体系,是理论构建关键的第一步。中国特色既不意味着封闭排他,也不意味着其没有世界意义。要将中国特色国际关系理论从特殊转化为一般,就需要主动让更大范围的学者去使用、检验这个理论,理论就会从特殊转为一般。文章由此提出中国特色国际关系理论的国际化问题,认为在新时期,中国国际关系理论国际化是指中国国际关系概念和理论如何同外国具体国情结合起来,在外国实现本土化的过程。
This essay summarizes the research trend of Chinese intemational relations theories since the new century. It provides a new perspective to observe the process of Chinese international relations theoretical production, construction, and expansion. This essay argues that the first key point in theoretical research is to construct unique concepts and methodology to explain the evolution of relations between China and the world. The characteristics of Chinese international relations theory doesn＇t mean it is exclusive, or has no implications for the rest of the world. Each particular theory could be transformed from local theory to global theory when it is tested and used by the outside experience. In this means, this essay advances the research agenda of the internationalization of Chinese international relations theory, and suggests the detail methods on promoting the localization of Chinese international theories in the other areas studies.
