摘要
在我国的乙醇性脂肪肝(AFL)患者人数与日俱增,已达到不容忽视的水平。本文将以固有的枯否细胞(KCs)和单核细胞来源的巨噬细胞(RHMs)为主,概述肝巨噬细胞在AFL中的变化,进而为AFL的治疗提供可能的新靶点和新方法。
The number of alcoholic fatty liver（ AFL） cases have been increasing to a level that cannot be ignored in China. In this paper,we will review the change of hepatic macrophages in the development of alcoholic fatty liver disease with emphasis on resident Kupffer cells（ KCs） and recruited hepatic macrophages（ RHMs）. This paper provides possible targets and treatments for alcoholic fatty liver disease.
