摘要
目的:考察黄芩素、小檗碱、大黄酸、大黄素对阿莫西林抗幽门螺杆菌活性的影响。方法:采用棋盘稀释法,测定不同浓度的黄芩素、小檗碱、大黄酸、大黄素及其与阿莫西林配伍使用时对幽门螺杆菌联合药敏,计算FIC指数,判定联合效应。结果:黄芩素、大黄素、阿莫西林、小檗碱的MIC为100μg/ml,大黄酸的MIC为50μg/ml,黄芩素、小檗碱、大黄酸、大黄素等与阿莫西林联合使用后,FIC≤0.5。结论:黄芩素、小檗碱、大黄酸、大黄素能够显著增加阿莫西林对幽门螺杆菌的抗菌活性。
Objective:Researchng the effect of berberine,baicalin,rhein and emodin on anti helicobacter activity of amoxicillin.Methods:The protocol was designed by checkboard method and the MICs of berberine,baicalin,rhein and emodin alone and combined with amoxicillin against helicobacter pylori by broth dilution method,the FIC index was calculated according to the MIC results.Results:The MIC values of berberine,baicalin,rhein,emodin and amoxicillin were 100μg/ml,100μg/ml,50μg/ml,100μg/ml,100μg/ml respectively.FIC was less than or equal to 0.5.Conclusion:Berberine,baicalin,rhein and emodin can significantly increase the antibacterial activity of amoxicillin against helicobacter pylori.
