全麻联合硬膜外麻醉应用于腹腔镜下子宫切除术中的效果观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉应用于腹腔镜下子宫切除术中的麻醉效果。方法选择我院拟行腹腔镜下子宫切除术的50例患者,随机分为全身麻醉组(Q组,25例)和全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉组(L组,25例)。Q组患者选择全身麻醉,L组患者选择全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉。观察两组患者的麻醉效果。结果 L组患者的肌肉松弛程度明显优于Q组,完全苏醒时间、气管拔管时间、自主呼吸恢复时间明显快于Q组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉联合硬膜外麻醉应用于腹腔镜下子宫切除术中患者,具有良好的肌肉松弛效果、术后苏醒迅速、自主呼吸恢复时间短等优点。 Objective To observe the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods Fifty patients of laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into general anesthesia group(Q group, 25 cases) and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia group(group L, 25 cases):group Q with general anesthesia, group L with general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The degree of muscle relaxation in group L was obviously better than that in group Q, and the time of complete recovery, extubation time and spontaneous breathing recovery time were significantly faster than that of group Q, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic hysterectomy in patients with muscle relaxant effect, good postoperative recovery, rapid breathing has the advantages of short recovery time, is worthy of popularization and application in clinical anesthesia.
