摘要
目的观察延续性护理对子宫内膜癌患者术后并发症、生活质量的影响。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院妇科2014年8月-2016年3月收治的子宫内膜癌患者60例,随机分为两组,对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组给予出院指导,观察组给予延续性护理。观察患者护理后生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果观察组并发症总发生率3.33%低于对照组26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜癌患者术后给予延续性护理,患者术后并发症发生少,生活质量改善明显,临床护理效果显著。
Objective To observe the continuity of care postoperative complications in patients with endometrial carcinoma, the influence of the quality of life. Methods Select shangqiu first people’s hospital of department of gynaecology in August 2014 to March 2016 were 60 patients with endometrial carcinoma, and randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group, 30 cases each. The control group given discharge guidance, observation group was given the continuity of care. After observation of patient care quality of life and its complications. Results Observation group the total incidence of complications （3.33%） is lower than the control group （26.67%） and signifcant difference （P 〈 0.05）; Observation group life quality is better than that of control group, signifcant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with endometrial carcinoma postoperatively continuity care, less postoperative complications, patients with quality of life improved obviously, clinical nursing effect is remarkable.
