摘要
目的观察综合密闭式吸痰预防有创机械通气患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法选择2015年2月-2016年10月于我院行有创机械通气治疗的患者50例,根据入院时间分为对照组25例、研究组25例。两组均接受相同的临床护理,对照组在护理基础上采用开放式吸痰法进行气道管理,研究组采用综合密闭式吸痰法进行气道管理。观察两组疾病预防效果。结果对照组有创机械通气治疗5 d及10 d后呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率均高于研究组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合密闭式吸痰预防有创机械通气患者呼吸机相关性肺炎效果显著。
Objective To observe the efect of comprehensive and closed aspiration in preventing ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods Fifty patients were randomly divided into control group （n = 25） and control group （n = 25）. The patients were divided into control group （n = 25） and control group （n = 25）. The two groups received the same clinical care, the control group based on the use of open suction method for airway management, the study group using integrated closed suction method for airway management. Two groups of disease prevention effects were observed. Results The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia was signifcantly higher in the control group than in the study group at 5 days and 10 days after treatment with invasive mechanical ventilation （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive and closed aspiration on ventilator - associated pneumonia in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation is signifcant.
