摘要
目的探究针对性健康教育对白血病PICC置管患者自护能力及心理状态的影响。方法选择2015年5月至2016年7月我院收治的白血病患者50例,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组。对照组患者实施健康教育,观察组实施针对性健康教育,比较两组应用效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者心理状态良好率较高,自护能力较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性健康教育对白血病PICC置管患者自护能力及心理状态有重要作用。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted health education on self-care ability and psychological status of patients with leukemia treated with PICC. Methods Fifty patients with leukemia were enrolled in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with health education. The observation group carried out targeted health education and compared the efect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had higher rate of mental state and higher self-care ability, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Sexual health education plays an important role in the self - care ability and mental state of patients with leukemia PICC.
