摘要
目的探究循证护理对乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年5月-2016年10月我院收治的乳腺癌患者50例,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,每组各25例。两组患者均实施切除肿瘤手术,对照组患者术后给予常规护理,在此基础上观察组实施循证护理,比较两组护理方法的应用效果。结果两组相比,观察组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;与对照组相比,观察组患者在精神、食欲、睡眠、日常生活等生活质量评分较高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理可有效提高乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者治疗依从性及生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the efect of evidence-based nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chemotherapy after radical mastectomy. Methods Fifty patients with breast cancer admitted from May 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Two groups of patients were treated with resection of the tumor, the control group of patients after routine care, on the basis of the observation group to implement evidence-based care, compared the two groups of nursing methods of application efect. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were signifcantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were in the spirit, appetite, sleep, daily life and other life The quality score was higher and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can improve the compliance and quality of life of chemotherapy patients after radical mastectomy. It is worthy to be popularized.
