摘要
目的探究综合护理干预在视网膜脱离患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月-2016年2月商丘市第一人民医院眼科、口腔科收治的视网膜脱离患者100例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例。两组均实施常规治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。比较两组生活质量情况。结果对照组视力功能、心理功能评分低于观察组,眼部疼痛、眼部疲劳评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预能够提高视网膜脱离治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the efect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with retinal detachment. Methods From April 2015 to February 2016, 100 patients with retinal detachment from Department of Ophthalmology and Oral Medicine, Shangqiu First People ‘s Hospital, were randomly divided into two groups： 50 cases. The two groups were treated with routine treatment, the control group to implement routine care, the observation group to implement comprehensive nursing intervention. Comparison of two groups of quality of life. Results The visual function and psychological function score of the control group were lower than those of the observation group, and the eye pain and eye fatigue score were higher than those in the observation group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect of retinal detachment and improve the quality of life of patients.
