摘要
影像检查在肺高压(PH)的诊断及分型上具有重要意义,多层螺旋CT(MSCT)作为一种无创性影像检查手段,具有较高的时间和空间分辨力,越来越广泛地应用于临床工作中。MSCT不仅可以运用多种定量及定性指标对肺血管及心脏解剖结构和功能进行准确评估,而且可以观察肺实质的变化。MSCT有助于检出PH,还可评估其预后并监测治疗效果。
Imaging plays a central role in the diagnosis and management of all forms of pulmonary hypertension(PH).Multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) as a noninvasive method has high time and space resolution, can be used not only for accurate assessment of pulmonary arteries and cardiac anatomy and function with a variety of quantitative and qualitative indexes, but also for evaluation of parenchymal change. It facilitates to detect PH, estimate its prognosis and monitor the therapeutic effects.
