摘要
目的分析人性化护理服务对门急诊输液患者疾病认知及输液依从性的影响。方法选择2015年12月-2016年7月于商丘市第一人民医院行静脉输液治疗的门急诊患者50例,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组在患者输液期间行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加强人性化护理服务。比较两组患者对疾病认知情况及输液依从性。结果对照组患者疾病认知度及输液依从性均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理服务对门急诊输液患者疾病认知及输液依从性的提高均有积极作用。
Objective To analysis thehumanized nursing service in patients with this infusiondisease cognition and the influence of infusion adherence. Methods Choose betweendecember 2015 and July 2016 in shangqiu first people'shospital intravenous infusion treatment of 50 cases of patients with this, according to admission order weredivided into controlgroup and observationgroup, 25 cases each. Controlgroupduring the infusion in patients with routine nursing, the observationgroup on the basis of conventional nursing to strengthenhumanized nursing service. Compare twogroups ofdisease in patients with cognitive situation and infusion compliance. Results The controlgroup patientsdisease recognition and infusion compliance were below the observationgroup, thedifference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanistic nursing service in patients with this infusiondisease cognition and infusion compliance enhancementhas the positive role.
