摘要
目的探析针对性护理干预对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者产后康复的影响。方法选取2014年9月至2015年9月到商丘市第一人民医院就诊的宫缩乏力性产后出血的患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上实施针对性护理干预。将两组患者的心理状态、康复情况进行对比。结果实验组的康复情况明显好于对照组,SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫缩乏力性产后出血患者中实施针对性护理干预效果显著,可明显改善患者不良心理状态,促进患者产后康复。
Objective To explore corresponding nursing intervention postpartum rehabilitation in patients with postpartum hemorrhage contractions fatigue sex. Methods To choose between September 2014 and September 2015 to shangqiu first people’s hospital of 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage of contractions fatigue sex, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 30 cases each. Control group given conventional nursing, the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing implementation targeted nursing intervention. The two groups of patients’ psychological state, recovery were compared. Results The recovery is much better than the control group, SDS score lower than the control group, signifcant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with contractions fatigue sex postpartum hemorrhage implement targeted nursing intervention effect signifcantly, can signifcantly improve patients with poor psychological state, promote patients with postpartum recovery.
