摘要
荒漠草地占新疆草地总面积的46.9%,是新疆重要的春秋冬放牧草场,有着重要的生态、经济、社会地位,草畜平衡压力持续增大,荒漠草地生态系统干旱、退化、沙化情况严重,是当前新疆荒漠草地的现状。对荒漠草地的改良与治理主要建议如下:以乡土植物为材料采用人工补播以及飞播等方式对荒漠草地进行人工改良;科学合理的管理以及利用荒漠草地,在严格控制载畜量的基础上进行合理轮牧,根据畜群结构划分畜种专属牧场;加大对破坏荒漠草地等违法行为的打击力度,严禁开垦荒漠草地。
Desert grassland accounted for 46.9% of the total area of Xinjiang grassland,which is an important spring and autumn and winter grazing pasture,has important ecological,economic and social status. There are some current situations of Xinjiang desert grassland that shows the increasing livestock balance,progressive ecosystem degradation,drought,and desertification. The suggestions of improvement and governance desert grassland as following： 1 Use native plant as the material to improve desert grassland by aerial seeding or artificial reseeding. 2 Utilize and manage the desert grassland in scientific and reasonable situation,reasonable rotational grazing based on strict control of the grazing capacity,according to the flock structure to division the exclusive rangeland. 3 Increase the striking power to prevent the illegal activities of damage desert grassland,prohibit reclaim desert grassland.
