摘要
为提高客车运行安全,文中提出针对不同型号及尺寸的螺柱采用拉弧式螺柱焊方法进行实验并研究其性能变化结果。首先,运用BMK-16i拉弧式螺柱焊机对小尺寸螺柱与钢板进行焊接实验,在实验中采用两类小尺寸螺柱进行拉弧式螺柱焊接,获知利用氩气保护方式的焊接接头强度较未采取保护的焊接接头强度高,在焊接位置加热至480℃时,可获得质量较好的焊接接头;其次,采用BMH-22SV螺柱焊机实行大尺寸螺柱焊接实验,通过实验观察出直径大于等于16 mm的螺柱在进行焊接实验时性能稳定性差,表现出不融合和接头内部氧化等缺陷现象,对接头处焊缝实行微观后,出现熔合接头部位过热情况且形成了飞溅组织,导致接头处强度差。通过上述实验可获知利用尺寸合适的螺柱在一定加热温度下可形成性能较好的车体焊接接头。
This paper puts forward a method of tension arc stud welding for different types and sizes of stud, and studies its performance change. First of all, the use of BMK-16 i welding experiments on the small size of the stud and steel drawn arc stud welding machine, in the experiment with solid stud 10 mm were drawn arc stud welding, the argon protection strength of welded joint is not taken in high strength of welded joint protection, welding position is heated to 480 DEG C when can obtain better welding quality;secondly, the implementation of large size stud welding experiments by BMH-22 SV stud welding machine, through the experimental observation of stud diameter is greater than or equal to the performance of 16 mm in welding experiments showed poor stability, fusion and joint internal oxidation of defects of weld joint phenomenon, after the implementation of micro there, the fusion line part of overheating and the formation of a splash of organization, the joint strength difference lead. Through the above experiments, we can know that the stud welding joint with good performance can be formed at a certain heating temperature by using a suitable stud.
