摘要 为分析集料组成及其粒径分布对沥青混合料均匀性的影响,采用自制设备模拟沥青混合料生产中集料从料仓中下落,对单一粒径和AC-13混合料的集料下落试验,采用PFC2D颗粒流程序对AC-13集料级配范围的上限、中值及下限的数值模拟,结果表明混合料中≥9.5 mm及≤2.36 mm粒径级配变异是导致沥青混合料不均匀的关键粒径范围,在沥青路面设计及施工中,严格控制级配可提高的路面工程质量。 For analysis the influence on the uniformity of asphalt mixture in composition of aggregate and particle size distribution. By using self-made equipment simulation of asphalt mixture production aggregate falling from the hopper. For single particle diameter and AC-13 aggregate drop test using PFC2 D particle flow program for AC-13 gradation scope limit set, median and lower limit of the numerical simulation. The results show that mixture is more than or equal to 9.5 mm and equal to or less than 2.36 mm particle size gradation variation is lead to critical for asphalt mixture and the uneven particle size range, in the design and construction of asphalt pavement, the strict control of gradation can improve the quality of pavement engineering.
