晚花型天峨金花茶优良单株选择初探 被引量:6

摘要 以"天峨金花茶种质资源保存园"中的晚花型野生金花茶为研究对象,开展晚花型天峨金花茶优良单株选择。通过对25个单株花朵数量的连续观测和花朵数量靠前的10个单株总黄酮含量的测定,从花朵数量的角度初步筛选出晚花2、晚花3和晚花6优良单株3株及晚花1、晚花15和晚花22候补优良单株3株,从总黄酮含量的角度初步筛选出晚花4、晚花6和晚花21优良单株3株及晚花1和晚花7候补优良单株2株,从总黄酮总量的角度初步筛选出晚花1、晚花3和晚花6优良单株3株及晚花15候补优良单株1株。综合考虑种植户和药品开发商的需求,初步筛选出晚花1、晚花3和晚花6为优良单株,晚花15为候补优良单株。 The superior individuals selection of late blooming Camellia nitidssima Chi.in Tian'e were studied,which was based on wild Camellia at Germplasm conservation garden of Camellia petelotii in Tian'e.The continuous observation of flower number of 25 individuals and total flavonoid content of 10 individuals which had more flowers were measured.From the point of flower number,the late blooming Camellia nitidssima Chi.in Tian'e of No.2,3 and 6 were selected as superior individuals and No.1,15 and 22 were selected as candidates.From the point of total flavonoids contents,No.4,6 and 21 were selected as superior individuals,and No.1 and 7 were selected as candidates.From the point of total flavonoid,No.1,3 and 6 were as superior individuals,and No.15 was selected as candidates.Given the needs of growers and drug developers,the late blooming Camellia nitidssima Chi.in Tian'e of No.1,3 and 6 were selected as superior individuals and No.15 were selected as candidates.
