摘要
冀中太行山区是河北贫困人口的重要聚集区,是全面推进脱贫致富实现同步小康的重点攻坚区。治贫要治愚,治愚办教育,办好山区基础教育的关键是建设一支数量足够、素质较高、业务精湛的教师队伍。为此,在现有工作基础上,仍需强化城乡联动,优化义务教育结构;县域统筹,优化教师队伍配置;立体推进,优化教师队伍素质;强力攻坚,优化信息技术资源。
The Taihang Mountainous Area in the middle Hebei is an important gathering area for the poor people in Hebei Province.It is a key area to push forward the poverty alleviation and realize the well-off society.Governance the poverty should to rule the stupid,and governance ignorance should rely on the education.The key to the basic education in mountainous areas is to build a contingent of teachers with sufficient quantity,high quality and excellent business skills.Based on the existing work,it is necessary to strengthen the linkage between urban and rural areas,optimize the structure of compulsory education; optimize the allocation of teaching staff overall the county;promote and optimize the quality of teachers three-dimensional; optimizing informae the technology resources.
