摘要
剖析了马来西亚国家石油公司(PETRONAS)的RAPID炼厂渣油加氢包项目的进度检测体系;为了更好地计划、跟踪、检测此大型项目,在设计、采购和施工中,采用Primavera公司的P6 E/C 8.0(下称P6)企业级项目管理软件管理项目进度计划,以设计、采购、施工各自相对应的Excel详细数据表作为支撑;并且按合同要求上报给PMC(Technip和Fluor联合体)/业主所有P6及Excel源文件及各种结果报表;重点对高风险活动进行偏差分析,采取纠偏措施。
Malaysia EPC RAPID Project is the largest international public bidding EPC foreign project which SEI has ever executed,CONTRACTORs for the other tenders of the project are CTCI(Taiwan),TR(Spain),Toyo(Japan)and other international well-known companies.In face of the pressure,SEI has the motivation to complete this project.The engineers analyzed the project progress measurement system with deep considerations.During the E/P/C execution stages,P6 E/C 8.0 software(P6 for short)developed by Primavera Company was used to manage the project schedule based on E/P/C additional detailed excel databases.PMC is the Technip and Fluor consortium.SEI submitted the analysis reports and P6 schedule with native files to PMC/Owner according to the requirements of the CONTRACT.The reports focus on the delay analysis of high risk activities and presents corrective actions.
