摘要
研究了不同密度等级规格竹条的顺纹拉伸、顺纹和横纹压缩、径向抗弯及径向和弦向拉伸剪切等力学性能,分析了各项力学性能与密度等级之间的关系及其破坏模式。结果表明:各项力学性能测试值随密度等级的增大而增大,密度分级能够在一定程度上优化规格竹条的力学性能。顺纹压缩强度远大于横纹压缩强度,径向拉伸剪切强度稍大于弦向拉伸剪切强度。相同密度等级的规格竹条,各项力学性能指标具有一定的差异性,还需要根据实际情况对规格竹条进行精细优化分级。
; The mechanical properties of dimension bamboo strips of different grades, including tension along the grain, compression along the grain and perpendicular to the grain, radial bending resistance and radial and chordwise tensile shearing,are studies,and the relationship between each mechanical property and density grade and the dam-age mode are analyzed. The result shows that each mechanical property test value increase with the rise in the density grade and that the density grade can optimize the dimension bamboo strips to a certain degree. The compression in-tensity along the grain is much greater than that perpendicular to the grain. Each mechanical property indicator of the dimension bamboo strips of the same density grade presents certain difference and fine optimized grading of dimension bamboo strips is required based on the actual situation.
