摘要 针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)在运行过程中出现的混沌状态行为将会影响调速性能,提出了在PMSM矢量控制调速系统基本框架下,采用非奇异快速终端滑模控制的方法来抑制永磁同步电机的混沌运动。首先给出了PMSM的混沌模型,通过仿真验证了电机混沌现象的存在;然后在此基础上设计了非奇异快速终端滑模控制器,较好地保证系统的鲁棒性,且该控制器设计简单,过程容易实现;最后通过仿真试验,永磁同步电机从开始正常运行,当在某些参数和工作条件下时产生混沌现象,通过控制器的切入抑制PMSM的混沌运动,验证了该方法的快速性与有效性。 Aiming at the chaotic behaviour of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) emerged during its running process will affect the performance of speed control, this article submits a non-singular fast-terminal sliding mode method to suppress the chaotic phenomenon under the basic framework of PMSM vector control system. First, the chaos model of PMSM is presented and the existence of chaotic phenomenon is verified through simulation; Then, based on that, the non-singular fast-terminal sliding mode controller is designed to guarantee the robustness of the system, and the design of controller is simple and easy to be achieved; Last, through simulation, PMSM runs normally at first, then it produces chaotic phenomenon in some parameter and work conditions, by the addition of controller the chaos movement is eliminated, verifing the rapidity and effectiveness of this method.
