摘要
本文介绍了一种基于“现代学徒制”的成人教育课程体系，并介绍了该体系的基本组成框架与技术路线。该体系探索了一种学校、企业多方参与的成人学历教育模式，应用后可以解决当前成人教育面临的师资不足、课程开设与实践脱节、企业参与积极性不高等问题，能够产生较大的社会效益与经济效益。
This paper introduces an adult education curriculum system based on ＂modem apprenticeship＂, and introduces the basic framework and technical route of the system. The system explores a model of adult academic education in which schools and enterprises are involved. After the application, it can solve the problems of the shortage of teachers, the disconnection of curriculum and practice, and the low enthusiasm of enterprises participating in adult education, which can produce greater social and economic benefits.
