摘要
通过优化合金成分设计,精选冶炼原料,电炉加强脱P,精炼过程加强脱气去夹杂,使用保护浇注等技术,采用电炉—LF精炼+VD真空脱气—连铸(电磁搅拌)—轧材—退火—精整矫直工艺路线,山钢股份莱芜分公司开发了深井高强度钻铤用AISI4145H钢。产品实物质量检测表明,钢成分控制窄,低倍组织致密,晶粒细小弥散,综合力学性能及淬透性良好,常温冲击和-20℃低温冲击韧性比标准要求的富余量大,经退火矫直后,硬度及外观尺寸均满足客户使用要求,目前已实现批量生产。
Through optimizing alloy composition design, selecting smelting raw materials, strengthening dephorization in EAF, strengthening deaeration and removal inclusion in refining process, protection casting technology and so on, by EAD-LF-VD-CC (electromagnetic stirring) -Rolling-Annealing-Straightening processes, Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. developed AISI4145H steel for high strength drilling collar for deep well. The product quality test showed that the components are controlled in narrow range, the macrostructure is compact, the grains are fine and dispersion, comprehensive mechanical properties and hardenability are better, and the margins of impact toughness in ordinary temperature and at -20 ~C are larger than the standard requirements. After annealing and straightening, the hardness and appearance size met customer requirements well. Now the AISI4145H steel are realized mass production.
