摘要
中美之间执法安全合作的发展历程坎坷,每一发展阶段都体现其不同的特征;进入新时期,虽然中美合作关系在初期受到了政治因素干扰、法律制度差异与冲突等多重因素的影响,但未来中美新型大国关系的发展前景乐观,应通过深化司法体制改革、加强警务合作等方式为互利共赢的中美关系增添正能量。
Cooperation on law enforcement security between China and the US is developing roughly and every stage in the development all reflects different features. Coming into new stage,the cooperation between China and the US was bothered by political factors,different legal systems and conflicts in initial stage,but the development prospect of future new relationship between China and the US is optimistic. Mutual benefit and win-win relationship between China and the US could be better through deepening judicial system reform and strengthening police cooperation.
