摘要
【目的】立足甘肃省生物质原料特点,本着就地取材原则,开展平菇丰产高效培养料配方的筛选.【方法】将棉籽壳、玉米芯、麦草、木屑为原料,共设56组配方栽培平菇.综合菌丝生长、生物学效率、投产比等,以经济效益为主要评价标准判断配方性状优劣.【结果】在棉籽壳产区,首选棉籽壳80%+玉米芯20%的配方,生物学效率175.68%,投产比1∶2.7;其次选择棉壳60%+玉米芯20%+木屑20%的配方,生物学效率136.88%,投产比1∶2.4.在玉米芯产区,首选玉米芯60%+棉籽壳40%的配方,生物学效率109.6%,投产比1∶1.8;其次选择玉米芯60%+棉籽壳20%+木屑20%的配方,生物学效率106.34%,投产比1∶1.8.在麦草产区适宜配方中麦草添加量不易超过60%,宜选择麦草20%+棉籽壳40%+木屑40%的配方,生物学效率125.24%,投产比为1∶2.1.在木屑产区宜选择主料中木屑60%+玉米芯40%的配方,生物学效率122.72%,投产比1∶2.1.【结论】56组配方均可进行平菇栽培,在棉籽壳产区、玉米芯产区、麦草产区和木屑产区都有效果较好的推荐配方.
【Objective】To screen high-yield and efficient culture material formulations of Pleurotus ostreatus.【Method】56 formulas of cultivation were set under gradient change 20% with cotton seed hull,corn cob,wheat straw,sawdust.The quality of the formulation with the economic benefit was evaluated by determining mycelium growth,biological efficiency,production ratio and so on.【Result】In the areas of cotton seed hull,when adopting the formula of cotton seed hull 80% +corn cob 20%,the biological efficiency and input-output ratio reached 175.68% and 1∶2.7.When using the formula of cotton seed hull 60% +corn cob20% +sawdust 20%,the biological efficiency and input-output ratio were 136.88%and 1∶2.4.In the areas of corn cob,when adopting the formula of corn cob 60%+ cotton seed hull 40%,the biologicalefficiency and input-output ratio reached 109.6% and 1∶1.8.When using the formula of corn cob 60%+cotton seed hull 20%+ sawdust 20%,the biological efficiency and input-output ratio were 106.34% and1∶1.8.In areas of wheat straw,when adopting the formula of wheat straw 20%+ cottonseed hull 40% +sawdust 40%,the biological efficiency and input-output ratio reached 125.24% and 1∶2.1.In the sawdust areas,when using the formula of sawdust 60%+ corncob 40%,the biological efficiency and input-output ratio were 122.72% and 1∶2.1.【Conclusion】P.ostreatus can be cultivated with 56 formulas.One or two optimum formulas are suggested for special areas of culture materials.
