摘要
通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分检测、力学性能检测、显微组织检测、扫描电镜形貌分析等方法,对某600 MW超临界机组SA-213 TP347H末级过热器弯头泄漏原因进行分析,确定泄漏弯头内弧侧发生泄漏的裂纹由弯头内弧侧的压痕引起,在锅炉高温变负荷运行和震动条件下,裂纹萌生并扩展。钢管弯制后未进行有效的固溶处理对裂纹的萌生和扩展有促进作用。
The causes of SA -213 TP347H final superheater elbow leakage of of a 600 MW supereritieal unit are analyzed by macroscopic observation, chemical composition detection, mechanical property detection, microstruc- ture detection and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other ways. It is determined that the cracks leaked in the inner arc side of the elbow are caused by the indentation of the elbow inner arc. The crack initiation and expan- sion emerges under the high temperature variable load operation and vibration condition of the boiler. After the ben- ding of the steel pipe, the effective solution treatment promotes the initiation and expansion of the crack.
