摘要 大数据技术的不断发展,为图书馆解决传统决策中由于决策能力不足和技术落后而面临的诸多困境提供了可能。图书馆大数据能够帮助决策者更全面、客观、及时地了解决策信息,在错综复杂的环境下找准核心问题,提高图书馆决策的科学性和合理性。基于大数据的图书馆决策机制强调共享、开放和创新价值的实现,这必然会催生扁平化决策结构的建立,推动决策过程中集体智慧与数据理性的相互融合,从而打破传统决策带来的局限,建立民主化的图书馆决策机制。为实现基于大数据的图书馆决策,需要从提升决策主体数据素养、再造图书馆信息化设施、推动数据融合共享、创新数据馆员培育模式、建立数据安全保障体系等方面着手。 With the development of big data technology, it provides possibilites for library to solve the difficulties in traditional deci- sion-making caused by the inefficiency of professional decision-making and the technical backwardness. The big data of library can help decision-makers to understand the decision-making information more comprehensively, objectively and timely, find the core problems in complex environment, and improve the scientificity and rationality of library decision-making. The library decision-making mechanism driven by big data emphasizes the value of sharing, openness and innovation, which can inevitably lead to the establishment of flat decision-making structure, invoke the convergence of collective intelligence and data rationality in the decision-making process, break down the limitations caused by traditional decision-making, and set up democratic library decision-making mechanism. For more effective use of big data to boost library decision-making mechanism, it is suggested that data literacy of decision makers be enhanced, the library information infrastructure be upgraded, data fusion be promoted, the training model of data librarians be inno rated, and the data security guarantee system be established.
