摘要
文中利用SWOT-PEST系统化矩阵模型分析法,对跨境农产品物流发展策略进行了选择。通过构建跨境农产品物流发展SWOT—PEST分析模型及结合德尔菲法得出中越跨境农产品物流主要发展策略集中在优势政策(SP)和机遇技术(OT)上,因此,应采用优势政策(SP)和机遇技术(OT)策略来实现跨境农产品物流的发展。
In this paper,the method of SWOT-PEST systematic matrix model analysis is adopted,which is used to choose the development strategy of cross-border agricultural products logistics. And SWOT-PEST analysis model and the Delphi method get through the construction of cross-border logistics development of agricultural products,the main development strategy of cross border logistics of agricultural products focuses on the Strengths Policy（ SP） and Opportunities Technology（ OT）. So it should be Strengths Policy（ SP） and Opportunities Technology（ OT） to achieve the development of cross-border agricultural products logistics.
