摘要
上海市轨道交通10号线二期工程穿越军工路港区,必须对隧道盾构所经过的区域进行改造,改造工程包括既有上部结构的拆除、基础桩的拔除等。通过该工程预制桩拔桩力的计算,探讨了拔桩施工工艺,介绍了拔桩区域周边码头、驳岸和防汛墙等构筑物的监测方案。监测数据表明:本工程的拔桩方法是可行的,对周围结构物的影响较小,为类似的水中拔桩施工提供了技术参考。
The phase II project of Shanghai Metro Line 10 passed through the Jungong Road port are, the area of tunnel traversed should be rebuild, which including the original upper structure demolition and the precast pile pulling. According to the calculation of the precast pile drawing force, we discussed the construction technology of pile drawing, introduced the monitoring schemes of dock, revetment, and flood control wall near the project site. The monitoring data show that the pile drawing method of this project is feasible and has little influence on the surrounding structures, which provides technical reference for similar pile drawing construction in water.
