摘要
目的:探讨CT与磁共振技术在股骨头坏死诊断中的应用价值并作出比较分析。方法:选取股骨头坏死30例患者为研究对象,通过盲选平均分方法将30例股骨头坏死患者均分两组,并分别进行CT检查或者磁共振检查。结果:CT组与磁共振组的检出率:CT组的检出率53.33%(8/15)明显低于磁共振组的检出率86.67%(13/15),P<0.05;CT组与磁共振组的ARCO分级准确率:两组的ARCO分级Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期无明显差异,P>0.05;而CT组的ARCO分级Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期则明显低于磁共振组,有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:股骨头坏死患者应用磁共振检测仪进行检查诊断比通过CT扫描检测仪进行检查诊断检出率更高,值得推广及应用。
Objective: To evaluate the value of CT and magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis. Methods: 30 patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head were selected as the research objects. 30 patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head were divided into two groups by means of blind selection, and CT examinations or magnetic resonance imaging examinations were performed respectively. Results: The detection rate of CT group and magnetic resonance group: the detection rate of CT group was 53.33%(8/15), which was significantly lower than that of magnetic resonance group 86.67%(13/15), P〈0.05; the ARCO classification accuracy of CT and MRI group, two groups of ARCO stage classification Ⅰ and Ⅱ is no significant difference, P 0.05; and CT group ARCO stage classification Ⅲ and Ⅳ is significantly lower than the magnetic resonance, there are significant differences, P 0.05. Conclusion: The detection rate is higher than the CT scan, which is worth promoting and applying.
