摘要
目的:胎儿心脏是胎儿重要的生命器官,通过胎儿心脏功能的变化可以评估胎儿在宫内生长发育的情况。超声是评价胎儿心脏功能最重要的影像学方法,本文将超声检测胎儿心脏功能的方法作一概述。方法:收集超声检测胎儿心脏功能相关资料,总结超声检测情况。结果:本文概述超声检测胎儿心脏功能的几种方法,分别从收缩功能、舒张功能、整体功能三个方面具体阐述,同时讨论了各个方法应用现状及优缺点。结论:超声评价胎儿心脏功能的方法众多,Tei指数在此方面有较好的潜力,但测量方法有待统一。
Objective： Fetal heart is an important vital organ of the fetus. Through the change of fetal heart function, the fetal growth and development can be evaluated. Ultrasound is the most important imaging method to evaluate fetal heart function. This article will summarize the method of ultrasonic detection of fetal heart function. Methods： Ultrasound was used to detect the cardiac function of the fetus, and the ultrasonographic examination was summarized. Results： This paper summarizes several methods of ultrasound detection of fetal heart function, respectively, from the systolic function,diastolic function, the overall function of three aspects of specific elaboration, while discussing the application of various methods and advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion： There are many ways to evaluate fetal heart function by ultrasound. Tei index has better potential in this area, but the measurement method needs to be unified.
