摘要
目的:研究分析MR肩关节造影在肩袖损伤诊断中的效果。方法:2016年1月至2016年12月期间,选择本院接收的肩袖损伤患者62例作为研究对象,采用MRI检查和MRI肩关节造影以及关节镜检查方法对所有患者进行检查,关节镜检查为诊断标准,评价MR肩关节造影的应用价值。结果:MRI检查诊断准确率显著比MR肩关节造影低,两组数据差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MR肩关节造影在肩袖损伤诊断中的效果较好,能有效提高诊断准确性,值得推广应用。
Objective： To study MR angiography in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury this effect.Methods： Between January 2016 and December 2016, during the selection of the rotator cuff injuries in our hospital to receive 62 cases as the research object, by using MRI and magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） shoulder arthrography and arthroscopy method inspection on all of the patients, arthroscopy for diagnostic criteria, evaluation of MR shoulder joint imaging application value. Results： The MRI diagnostic accuracy was significantly lower than MR shoulder joint imaging, significant difference was found in two groups of data, there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： MR shoulder joint imaging in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury effect is good, can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, and is worthy of popularization and application.
