摘要 目的探讨CIP2A、IGF-2、PCNA、NGF及c-Myc在老年胶质瘤中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法检测CIP2A、IGF-2、PCNA、NGF及c-Myc在老年胶质瘤中的表达情况,对其进行多因素分析,探讨与老年胶质瘤的关系。结果 CIP2A在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级老年胶质瘤组织中阳性表达率为50.00%,在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级中阳性表达率为77.78%,而对照组为12.50%;c-Myc在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中阳性表达率为45.45%,在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级中阳性表达率为72.22%,而对照组为17.50%;NGF在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级老年胶质瘤中阳性表达率为40.91%,在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级中阳性表达率为83.33%,而在对照组中无表达;IGF-2在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级和Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中阳性表达率均为100.00%,而在对照组中无表达;PCNA主要表达于胶质瘤细胞的细胞核之中,在Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中阳性表达率为45.45%,在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级为83.33%,而在对照组中无表达。观察组CIP2A、IGF-2、PCNA、NGF及c-Myc阳性表达率均高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。在观察组中,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤中CIP2A、PCNA、NGF及c-Myc阳性表达率均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤阳性表达率(P﹤0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,CIP2A、IGF-2、PCNA、NGF与c-Myc是影响老年胶质瘤表达的独立因素。结论CIP2A、IGF-2、PCNA、NGF及c-Myc在老年胶质瘤中的表达与胶质瘤恶性程度有关,均可作为诊断老年胶质瘤的重要指标,为预测预后、判断胶质瘤生物学行为提供依据。 Objective To study the expression and correlation between CIP2 A, IGF-2, PCNA and NGF and c-Myc in elderly patients with glioma. Method The expression of CIP2 A, IGF-2, PCNA and NGF and c-Myc in elderly patients with glioma were detected, and the multivariate analysis was carried out to determine the correlation between these indexes and the glioma in elderly patients. Result The positive expression rate of CIP2 A in elderly patients with glioma at grade I-II was 50.00%, and was 77.78% in grade III-IV disease, while that in the control group was 12.50%; the positive expression rate of c-Myc in patients with glioma at grade I-II was 45.45%, and was 72.22% in those with grade III-IV disease, while that in the control group was 17.50%; for NGF, the data were 40.91% and 83.33% in I-II and III-IV group,and there was no expression in the control group; IGF-2 had 100.00% of positive expression rate in the grade I-II and IIIIV glioma tissues, and there was no expression in the control group; PCNA mainly expressed in the nucleus of glioma cells, and the positive expression rate in grade I^II and III^IV glioma tissues was 45.45% and 83.33%, respectively, similarly, no expression was observed in the control group. The positive expression rate of CIP2 A, IGF-2, PCNA, NGF and c-Myc were all significantly higher in study group than control group(P〈0.05). By Logistic multivariate regression analysis, it was found that, CIP2 A, IGF-2, PCNA, NGF and c-Myc were independent factors influencing the expression of elderly patients with gliomas. Conclusion The expression of CIP2 A, IGF-2, PCNA, NGF and c-Myc in elderly patients with glioma is correlated with the severity of glioma, besides, may be used as important indexes for the diagnosis of elderly patients with glioma, which helps to predict the prognosis and determine the biological behavior of glioma.
