摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征属中医学鼾症范畴,本病临床缺乏有效的治疗手段。笔者从瘀入手,结合该病的病理因素、病因病机、辨证论治、岭南地域气候特点等方面,对本病的诊治进行了相关探讨。
Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） belongs to snoring disease in Chinese medicine, but lacks of effective treatment methods in clinical practice. The author discusses diagnosis and treatment of the disease from the aspect of stasis, combining pathological factors, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differenciation and climate characteristic of Lingnan area.
