摘要
在从严治党日益成为一种常态下,高校党组织要以更加从严的措施,治党管党,因为这是内涵发展、师德建设、依法治校、转变作风的需要。高校党建要紧紧围绕立德树人这个根本任务,坚持教书育人、管理育人、服务育人这个方向,坚持认清形势是前提、理论武装是根本、激活基层是基础、促进发展是关键、用好干部是导向、制度建设是重点、作风建设是主线、廉洁自律是保障,切实推进全面从严治党向基层延伸,坚决把从严治党责任落到实处,努力办人民满意的教育。
The strict discipline of the Party has become constant, which requires that we must take resolute measures to meet the needs of the development of connotation, building ethics, school administration, improvement of service. The morality building and talent cultivation must be the toppriority of Party construction, embodied in the processes of teaching, administration and service. Wemust have a clear understanding of the situation, with the guidance of theory, mobilizipromoting the development, selecting appropriate cadres, building the system, enhancing the level ofservice, guaranteeing probity and self-discipline of Party members, and the complete and all-round implementation of strict discipline at the grass root level, catering to the educational needs of the people.
