摘要
目的:观察双黄连口服液预处理对LPS致小鼠内毒素血症模型SOD和MDA水平的影响.方法: 将25只昆明小鼠随机分成空白对照组、试验对照组、试验组(Ⅰ 、Ⅱ 、Ⅲ ).试验Ⅰ 、Ⅱ 、Ⅲ组分别口服 双黄连0.1ml/100ml、0.4ml/100ml、1.6ml/100ml.在5周后处理小鼠,心脏采血,制成血涂片备用.结 果:试验组与空白对照组比较S0D明显降低, MDA明显升高;试验Ⅰ组与试验对照组比较SOD活性显著升高, MDA含量显著降低;试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组比较SOD活性显著升高,MDA含量显著降低;试验Ⅲ组与试验Ⅱ组 比较SOD活性显著降低,MDA含量显著升高.结论:双黄连具有抑制内毒素血症抗氧化降低的作用,且在适 量范围内双黄连的抑制作用随其含量的增加而增加,当双黄连的含量超过一定值后,其抑制作用反而随其 含量的增加而降低.
To investigate the effect of Shuanghuanglian pre-treatment on the level of endoxemia SOD and MDA induced by LPS in mice. A total of twenty five mice were randomly allocated into several groups, blank comparison group, experimental comparison group and experimental groups ( Ⅰ 、Ⅱ and Ⅲ)- The experimented groups Ⅰ 、Ⅱ and Ⅲ were injected with the Shuanghuanglian with concentration of 0.0ml/100ml, 0.4ml/100ml, 1.6ml/100ml, respectively. After 5 weeks, animals were slaughtered to collect blood samples from the heart and to separate the blood plasma to evaluate antioxidant capability for further analysis. Results revealed that the SOD activities between the blank comparison group and the experimental group decrease significantly, while the level of MDA increased significantly. When the differences between test control group and group I are compared,the SOD activity increased significantly, while the level of MDA decreased significantly. The difference between group II and group I increased significantly in SOD activity, while the level of MDA decreased significantly. When compared in the group Ⅱ and and Ⅲ the SOD activity decreased significantly, while the level of MDA increased significantly. In conclusion, Shuanghuanglian can restrain the effect of endotoxin that can reduce the antioxidant effect of endoxemia in mice. This inhibiting effect will increase with the increased dose of Shuanghuanglian in moderate range. While the content of Shuanghuanglian exceeds a certain value, the inhibiting effect will decrease with the increased dose of Shuanghuanglian.
