在大学生排球队中克服人际交往中情感障碍的研究 被引量:3

摘要 讨论大学生排球队中情感交往问题。运动队中的冲突和不和谐的原因是运动员不善于采用有效交往的方式。国立南乌拉尔大学的男女2支排球队参加了研究。被研究者共30名,年龄为18~23岁。从5个方面研究了运动队情感环境的结构:不善于控制情感、不合适地表现情感、情感缺乏韧性和发育不足、消极情感占上风、不愿意在情感方面与他人接近。为了克服人际交往中的情感障碍,使用包含用于发展控制交往的游戏和练习的训练。在这些游戏过程中,大学生分析了行动、感觉、思维、感受(自己的和同伴的),在这种情况下了解周围人的行为类型。研究表明,使用10~15 min针对克服人际交往中情感障碍的训练性游戏和练习,对运动员的情感氛围产生了积极的影响,降低了情感接触中的"干扰",增强了团队集体活动的效果。 This paper discusses the emotional communication among college volleyball teams. The reason for the conflict and discord in the sports team is that athletes are not good at using effective communication. Two teams of men and women from the National University of Southern Ural participated in the study. A total of 30 subjects, aged 18-23 years, were enrolled. The structure of sports team emotional environment is studied from five aspects:inabili ty to control emotion,inappropriate expression of emotion,lack of toughness and hypodevelopm ent,prevailing of negative emotions and unwillingness to communicate emotionally with others on. To overcome emotional barriers in interpersonal relationships, this study seeks to use exercises that include games and exercises for developing control communication. In these games, students analyze actions, feelings, thoughts,feelings(of their own and companions), and in this case, understand the behavior patterns of the people around them. The research shows that the use of 10 -15 min to overcome the emotional barriers in interpersonal communication training games and exercises had a positive impact on athletes' emotional atmosphere, reduced emotional contact "interference", and improved the effect of team activities.
