摘要
目的分析在尿毒症患者治疗中使用3种血管通路对血液透析的应用效果。方法随机抽取2015年9月至2016年9月期间在我院治疗的80例尿毒症患者,分别建立动静脉内瘘、临时股静脉置管和颈内静脉半永久置管3种血管通路,观察其血透充分性、血生化指标及并发症发生情况。结果对动静脉内瘘组、临时股静脉置管组和颈内静脉半永久置管组透析效果分析,3组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在尿毒症患者血液透析中应首选动静脉内瘘方法,此外将中心静脉置管作为替代方式,提高患者治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the effect of hemodialysis using 3 vascular access in hemodialysis patients. Methods Randomly selected from 2015 9 months - 2016 years 9 months in 80 cases of uremic patients treated in our hospital, arteriovenous fistula, temporary femoral vein and internal jugular vein catheterization in 3 kinds of semi permanent vascular access were established respectively, observed the adequacy of hemodialysis, blood biochemical indexes and complications. Results The analysis of the effect of the arteriovenous fistula group, the temporary femoral vein catheterization group and the internal jugular vein semi permanent catheter group showed that the difference between the three groups was significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of arteriove-nous fistula should be the first choice in hemodialysis patients. In addition, the central venous catheter is used as an alternative way to improve the treatment effect.
