摘要
伴随着我国社会经济的迅猛崛起,建筑行业也取得了一定的发展。而工程监理在工程项目管理中的作用也不断的递增。在工程项目管理过程中工程监理发挥着重要的作用,能够保证建设单位在决策环节的科学性以及规范性,从而进一步提升工程的整体质量,最大限度的获得经济效益的实现。基于此,从工程监理以及工程项目管理概述入手,对二者之间的关系以及作用进行了阐述,并在此基础上对提升工程监理在工程项目管理的发展提出相应的措施,希望为相关的工作人员提供一定的参考。
Accompanied by the rapid rise of ChinaJ s social economy, the construction industry has also made certain progress. And the role of engineering supervision, engineering project management is also increasing. In the process of engineering project management in engineering su-pervision plays an important role to ensure the construction units in the decision-making process of scientific and normative, so as to further en-hance the overall quality of the project at the same time, to achieve the maximum economic benefits. Based on this, this paper from the engineer-ing supervision and project management overview of the relation between the two, and the effect is discussed, and on this basis to improve the en-gineering supervision measures proposed in the development of project management, hope to provide some reference for the related personnel.
