摘要
为了更好的保护和利用工业遗产,使其发挥更大的价值,文章通过概念分析、案例分析并结合实践应用,探索合理可行的旧工业建筑的改造模式。研究表明,工业建筑改造模式应在现状评估基础上,将多种模式合理组合应用于旧工业建筑保护中,才能创造出更具灵活的空间,本研究对工业建筑的保护和利用以及旧城更新规划具有一定参考价值。
In order to better protect and use the industrial heritage, to make it play a greater value. Through the concept analysis, case analysis and practical application, this paper explores the reasonable and feasible transformation mode of the old industrial building. The research shows that the model of industrial building reconstruction should be applied to the protection of old industrial buildings on the basis of the present situa-tion evaluation, in order to create more flexible space. The research of this paper has certain reference value for the protection and utilization of industrial buildings and the renewal planning of old cities.
