摘要
为了保障丘陵地区长距离输水工程的安全运行,管道出口往往需要采取节流、消能措施。选择在输水管出口安装淹没式多喷孔套筒调节阀。实际运行结果表明,该调节阀能有效避免补给水系统出现管道水锤事故和出口阀门气蚀,且降低了补给水泵的能耗。
In order to ensure operation safety of long-distance water delivery in hilly areas, outlet control valve of the pipelines should throttle flow rate and take energy dissipation. Porous sleeve valve is selected to install to the outlet of the pipeline. Result of practical running indicates that sleeve valve can effectively avoid water hammer and cavitation of outlet valve and decrease the energy consumption of booster pumps.
