摘要
根据某发电厂厂用电源切换时发生的一起直流220 V蓄电池组故障,同时柴油发电机联锁启动不成功,造成机组直流系统异常、UPS系统失电、DCS系统失电、机组各直流油泵联锁启动后又跳闸等一系列异常事件,分析了直流220 V蓄电池组故障及柴油发电机启动不成功对其他系统和设备带来的影响,并提出了相应的处理意见和建议。
A DC 220 V battery pack broke down during the switching of the power supply in a power plant, meanwhile the interlock start of diesel generator was not successful. It resulted in a series of abnormal events such as abnormal DC system, UPS system power failure, DCS system power failure, tripping occurred after the successful start of each DC lube oil pump and so on. This paper analyzes the influence of the failure of the DC 220 V battery pack and the failure of the diesel generator to other systems and equipment, and puts forward corresponding treatments and suggestions.
