摘要 设计了一种基于外设辅助触点的变电站出口压板状态监测系统。该系统由外设辅助触点、状态监测模块和上位机三部分构成。文章分别针对分立式压板和线簧式压板,详细阐述了外设辅助触点的硬件构成、安装方法和工作原理,并在此基础上,设计了压板状态监测系统架构。研究表明,所设计的压板监测系统与继电保护装置和高压电气设备控制回路完全隔离,不会引入干扰,安全性高。 In this paper, a substation outlet platen condition monitoring system based on added auxiliary contact is designed. The system consists of added auxiliary contacts, status monitoring module and the host computer. It describes the hardware structure, installation method and working principle of the added auxiliary contacts in detail for the discrete linear type and spring type strap respectively. On this basis, the platen condition monitoring system is designed. Researches show that the designed strap monitoring system is completely isolated from the relay control device and the control circuit of the high-voltage electrical equipment, and will not introduce interference.
