西门子PSS3B电力系统稳定器相位环节参数整定研究

摘要 为解决西门子公司电力系统稳定器PSS3B相位环节参数不易整定的问题,本文提出了一种PSS3B相位环节参数整定方法。首先通过数学推导,将西门子PSS3B结构转换为常规超前-滞后环节串联型结构,然后基于相位补偿原理使用非线性最小二乘法对相位环节参数进行整定。在单机—无穷大系统Heffron-Philips模型上进行了阶跃响应试验,阶跃响应结果表明PSS3B对有功功率低频振荡有较好的抑制作用,验证了相位环节整定方法的有效性。 In order to solve the problem that the phase parameters of Siemens power system stabilizer PSS3B are not easy to be set, a PSS3B phase parameter setting method is proposed. Firstly, the Siemens PSS3B structure is transformed into the conventional lead-lag series structure through mathematical derivation , and then the nonlinear least square method is used to adjust the lead-lag phase compensation parameters which is based on the phase compensation principle. The step response test is carried out on the Heffron-Philips model of the one machine infinite bus system. The step response results show that PSS3B has a good effect on the low frequency active power oscillation which verifies the effectiveness of the setting method.
