摘要
目的探讨肿意膏外敷治疗颈淋巴结核的临床疗效。方法以确诊为颈淋巴结核的住院患者80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组给予利福平、异烟肼、吡嗪酰胺及乙胺丁醇等抗结核药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用肿意膏外敷治疗。结果观察组总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);观察组发热、乏力及颈部疼痛等症状的改善率明显高于对照组,复发率及转手术率分别为2.50%和0,明显低于对照组的20.00%和15.00%(P<0.05);观察组转氨酶升高、胆红素升高、白细胞计数下降及局部反应等不良反应发生率与对照组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论肿意膏外敷联合常规治疗颈部淋巴结核可明显提高临床治愈率,症状改善明显,复发率较低,且并不增加药品不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Zhongyi Paster for treating tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes. Methods Totally 80 inpatients with tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with anti - tuberculosis drugs treatment of rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and ethambutol, on this basis, the observation group was treated with external application of Zhongyi Plaster. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90. 00 % , which was significantly higher than 70. 0 0 % of the con-trol group （ P 〈 0. 05）. The improvement rate of fever,fatigue and neck pain in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the recurrence rate and operation rate of the observation group were 2. 5 0 % and 0, respectively, which were signifi-cantly lower than 20.00% and 15.00% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions such as elevated transaminase, elevation of bilirubin, WBC and local reaction between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Zhongyi Paster combined with routine treatment for treating tuberculosis of cervical lymph node can significantly improve the clinical cure rate, significantly improve the symptoms with low recurrence rate, and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
