摘要
目的:研究异位妊娠的早期临床表现,根据超声学特点判断其对于临床异位妊娠疾病诊断的影响。方法:选取本院2011-05~2015-12收治的100例异位妊娠患者,围绕患者的临床表现及超声学图像等资料,判断分析异位妊娠临床诊断中的特点,得出有效结论。结果:异位妊娠早期超声表现为胚囊型、包块型、漂浮型,不同类型超声学特点不同,超声学特点为全部盆腔包块,大部分少量积液76例、部分大量积液20例、4例可探测出卵黄囊及胚芽。结论:异位妊娠是临床风险较大的妊娠表现,其超声学特点相对明显,依靠此依据诊断的准确性较高,在结合其他生化检查资料的情况下,可确保诊断结论保持较高科学水平。
Objective:To study the early clinical symptoms of ectopic pregnancy,according to the characteristics of ultrasonics judgment of the influence of clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:100 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly selected from a hospital in May,2011-December 2015,around the patient's clinical symptoms and ultrasound image data,judgment analysis the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy clinical characteristics,draw valid conclusions.Results:For early clinical performance of ectopic pregnancy embryo sac,bag piece,floating type,different gestation conditions ultrasonics characteristics,characteristics of ultrasonics for all pelvic mass,most of the effusion in 76 cases,20 cases of effusion,4 cases of high echo can detect yolk sac and germ.Conclusion:Ectopic pregnancy is a bigger pregnancy clinical risk performance,the characteristics of ultrasonics relatively obvious,relying on the basis of diagnosis accuracy is higher,in combination with other biochemical inspection data,can ensure diagnosis high scientific level.
