摘要
利用ABAQUS软件的力学性能及电性能分析方法,在分析车用连接器电连接系统插座端子常见的3种不同弹片结构形式的机械和电气性能的基础上,提出了一种具有"双弹片"特征的新型弹片结构。经过结构优化设计,由该弹片结构构成的新型连接器,具有电气特性不减弱、机械插拔力特性明显提高的特点。应用该连接器将提高车辆电气连接的可靠性及操作舒适性。
Based on the mechanical and electrical properties of three different spring tongue structures, which arecommonly used in the socket terminal of the vehicle connector, a new spring structure is proposed, using ABAQUS software.After the structural optimization design, the new connector which is composed of the spring tongue has been improvedmechanical characteristics without affecting electrical characteristics. The application of the connector will improve thereliability and operation comfort of the electrical connection.
