摘要
基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台,完成试验台数据采集与控制系统的设计,为实现对试验台测量不确定度评定,采用自适应蒙特卡洛法(MCM)对起动机输出功率的测量不确定度进行了研究。结果表明,试验台能成功完成试验过程,自适应MCM法成功验证了GUM法,完全适合起动机输出功率测量不确定度评定。
In order to test the performance of automotive starter in a lab, a test bench for automotive starter performanceis developed. The design and construction of measurement and control ( M&C ) system for the test bench is based onLab VIEW. To evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the test bench, the Monte Carlo method is used based on Matlab. Testresults show that the test bench can complete the starter performance test process and the General Uncertainty Method ( GUM )is successfully validated by the Monte Carlo method, which could be applied to evaluation on measurement uncertainty ofoutput power of automotive starter.
