碳纤维布加固钢筋ECC-混凝土复合受弯梁

摘要 通过对4根碳纤维布加固钢筋ECC-混凝土复合梁和1根钢筋ECC-混凝土复合梁进行静力受弯试验,研 究不同碳纤维布加固层数、锚固长度对复合梁承载能力、破坏形态、裂缝、挠度的影响.研究表明,碳纤维布加固可有 效提髙钢筋ECC-混凝土复合梁的开裂荷载、屈服荷载及极限荷载,减小复合梁的变形;随着纤维布层数和锚固长度 的增加,复合梁裂缝数量増加,间距减小,可改善复合梁的抗裂性能. Static flexural experiment of four ECC-concrete composite beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheet (CFS) and one ECC-RC composite beam were made. Influences of different layer and anchoring length of CFS on ultimate bearing capacity, failure mode, deflection and crack were analyzed. The results show that cracking load, yield load and ultimate load of ECC -concrete composite beam were improved after the beams were strengthened with CFS, and theirs deflection were reduced compcired with unstrengthen specimen. With increas-ing the layer number and anchoring length of CFS, the number of crack was increased while the crack spacing was decreased, and crack resistance of composite beam was improved.
